After some intense searching that borderlined on obsession we found a house, made an offer that got countered, made a counter offer that got accepted, had the house inspected, and in three weeks we will officially be home owners. It's a repo so we've got a little bit of work to do before we move in, namely baseboards, door frames, carpet on the 2nd floor, and fresh paint, and then we'll upgrade bathrooms, appliances, and the basement when we can after that, but regardless of that, we are just thrilled to have made the big leap.

Diana, I LOVE it! What in the world are you going to do with all that space? It doesn't even look like it needs any work. And is that a fence with a backyard? I am so,so,so happy and excited for you! Looks like you'll have plenty of room for visitors ...
The house look great in the pictures. That is so exciting--it is so fun (and a lot of work) to have a home of your own. You will have to post more pictures when you have it fixed up the way you like it!!!
